INFORMATION RELATING TO THE OPERATION

Operation organized by the company CC&Raspail on the website www.charlottechesnais.com from December 5, 2025 to December 18, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. inclusive.

By participating, you may be selected as the winner by random draw and receive airline tickets for one (1) round trip on the dates of your choice in 2026, from the airport of your place of residence to Tokyo (Japan) or Paris (France), to visit the Charlotte Chesnais boutique.

The prize consists of one (1) outbound and one (1) return airline ticket for one (1) person in economy class, non-modifiable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, up to a total value of one thousand five hundred (1,500) euros including all taxes.

Participation is free and reserved for adults holding a valid email address and the required passport, visa, or travel authorization, limited to one (1) entry per person for the entire duration of the operation.

Any entry submitted with erroneous, inaccurate, incomplete, or non-compliant information will be considered invalid and will not be counted.

You may participate by completing the entry form available and clicking the “I’m entering” button. You will receive an email at the address provided, acknowledging receipt of your participation.

From all valid entries, a random draw will be carried out electronically, without human intervention, on December 19, 2024 at 12 p.m.

One (1) randomly selected winner will be designated. He/she will be informed by email. His/her first name will be featured in an Instagram story on the @charlottechesnais account.

He/she will then be contacted by CC&Raspail for the booking of the round-trip airline tickets.

If the winner fails to respond to CC&Raspail and/or to provide the requested information, the prize will be considered forfeited.

The prize cannot be exchanged for its monetary value for any reason. If the total price of the round-trip airline tickets to Tokyo (Japan) or Paris (France) exceeds one thousand five hundred (1,500) euros including all taxes on the dates chosen by the winner, he/she must either select alternative dates or pay the difference between the total price and the value of one thousand five hundred (1,500) euros including all taxes. Without date modification or payment of the price difference by the winner, the tickets will not be booked by CC&Raspail and the prize will be considered forfeited.

INFORMATION RELATING TO PERSONAL DATA

CC&Raspail collects and processes your personal data (namely: your first name, last name, postal address, email address, date of birth, mobile phone number) solely to register your participation in the “Win a round trip to our Tokyo or Paris boutique” operation, to determine the winner, and, if you are selected, to communicate with you in order to organize the delivery of your prize and to announce your designation as the winner on the @charlottechesnais Instagram account.
